About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at US Health Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising clients on our portfolio of solutions that best fit their individual needs and budget.

Our clients are looking for viable alternatives to their current benefit programs, and as a result of current economic conditions, the demand for our products and services has never been greater. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on our portfolio of solutions and provide them with tailored recommendations
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued success with our products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions
