Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Event Expert to join our team at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. As a Guest Event Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during banquets and events. This is a part-time position, requiring weekend availability and an evening shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests during banquets and events
  • Set up and break down event materials, transport supplies, and take orders
  • Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure a memorable experience
  • Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure a well-executed event from start to finish
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
