Job Title: PM/Weekend Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic PM/Weekend Banquet Server to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the event team to set up and break down events, transport supplies, and take orders.
  • Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and uphold quality standards.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
