Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Event Expert to join our team at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. As a Guest Event Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every event is well-executed and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Set up and break down event materials, transport supplies, and take orders as needed.
  • Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide a positive experience.
  • Uphold quality standards, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
