  • Utilize technical knowledge of building engineering and commercial projects to inform estimates.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of estimating, engineering, construction, or project management experience in related markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, architecture, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
