About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Crate and Barrel. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Communicate and promote applicable promotions, offers, and loyalty programs to customers
  • Lead by example and support store management in maintaining store profitability and operational excellence
  • Assist with maintaining a visually appealing sales floor, including stocking products and displays
  • Engage in and maintain store safety standards and training
Requirements
  • Customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Good reading, written, and verbal language skills (English)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
  • Availability to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $22.50 per hour. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and sales incentives.
