Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, project management, or business administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications.
  • Construction knowledge and experience in managing construction projects.
  • Experience with logistical moves and commercial furniture design, procurement, and management.
