About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Superintendent to join our team at AECOM Tishman. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for providing overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and direct construction and related activities within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Interface with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.
Requirements
  • BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management, or similar curriculum and 8 years of relevant Superintendent experience or AA/AS and 10 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • BS Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar curriculum.
  • Experience with ornamental metals, finishes, fit out, sheetrock, framing, carpentry, etc.
  • Strong MEP background.
  • Experience working as a Superintendent with a large General Contractor on large mega-projects.
  • Airport experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction project management documentation and software systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience in ground up construction including underground utilities and MEP.
  • Experience in finish, sheetrock, framing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing subcontracted labor.
  • Ability to complete tasks on time and within budget.
