  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and direct them to the right individual for further assistance when necessary.
  • Process cash refunds for returned items as authorized.
  • Maintain organized service files in a timely manner.
  • Assist with receptionist duties as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to a supervisor.
