Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers in examination and treatment of patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Coordinate referrals and scheduling, ensuring seamless communication with patients, providers, and insurance carriers.
- Manage electronic medical records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient flow.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (e.g., Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, EMT) or equivalent work experience.
- Nationally recognized certifications (e.g., CMA) preferred.
- Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive hourly wage ($21-$26).
