Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to oversee and coordinate all activities related to Department of Energy (DOE) loan and other fund-related responsibilities. This role will ensure compliance with DOE regulations, manage loan disbursements, maintain accurate records, and oversee other funding sources while coordinating with various departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring all aspects of the ATVM loan to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Monitor loan disbursements and ensure funds are used in accordance with DOE guidelines
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation/reports for timely submission to DOE
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to the ATVM loan
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the DOE, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the loan, identifying and addressing any risks or issues
  • Assist with other fund-related activities, including grants, private loans, and investment funding
  • Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of all funding sources
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 3- 5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance, focus on loan/fund management preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required

Preferred:

  • Experience working in manufacturing industry
  • Korean & English proficiency
  • Project Management experiences
