Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Accounting Team. As a key member, you will support the operational and administrative functions essential to the success of our Financial and Accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to sustainable accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting guidelines and internal controls.
  • Support the technical accounting manager in preparing and designing proper supporting documentation for manual accounting entries.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and accounting reports, including key metrics, financial risk, and financial results, for review by management and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and implement accounting processes to maintain financial integrity and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide accounting professional guidance to other finance areas and support other accounting members as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and accounting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, or other database applications.
