Job Title: Program Manager, Engineering

Imagine Staffing Technology is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Engineering to oversee the development and engineering of multiple projects of low to medium complexity. As a key member of our team, you will guide internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and ensure successful execution within set budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team members and manage project deliverables
  • Create and monitor project plans, assess and mitigate risks
  • Maintain an integrated schedule of critical activities to meet all commitments
  • Introduce and apply Program Management Office tools and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Over 7 years of experience in project management, including at least 4 years in a regulated product environment
  • Certification in Project/Program Management from an accredited institution
