About the Position

As a Registered Nurse with the State of Georgia, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client health problems and needs, developing personalized care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate client care plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • At least [insert years] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations governing healthcare delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on education and experience. In addition to the salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
