POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for serving beverages to guests in accordance with state and federal age regulations, while fulfilling the following responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inform patrons about daily specials and take beverage orders
  • Deliver drink orders efficiently
  • Monitor assigned tables to ensure all guests receive timely service
  • Clear empty or soiled glasses and bottles, disposing of them properly and washing glasses as needed
  • Ensure tables are prepared for each new guest
  • Maintain ashtrays at designated tables
  • Keep the bar area organized and stocked by placing orders as necessary
  • Process bills and accept payments
  • Maintain sales records
  • Complete inventory logs for the bar
  • Ensure accurate reporting of tips for tax purposes
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • 0 - 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 0 - 1+ years of bartending experience preferred
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to obtain certification for serving alcohol
  • High school diploma or equivalent
