Job Summary
Robert Gadlage And Associates is seeking an experienced Administrative Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-specialty practice with ENT, Audiology, Neurology, and Allergy specialists. The successful candidate will perform various administrative and clinical tasks to support our medical staff.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year. As an Administrative Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for handling all administrative duties in a timely manner, performing routine clinical tasks, and providing excellent customer service to patients and providers.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work with multiple providers, including ENT and Allergy specialists, and administer allergy injections. Additionally, you will be responsible for entering patients' vitals and reason for visit into the EMR system and ordering testing such as MRI, CT, and barium swallow exams.

We require strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
