Clubhouse Ambassador

We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Attendant. This part-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our Clubhouse facilities.

• Observe and enforce Clubhouse policies and procedures, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all residents.
• Perform daily opening and closing tasks as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager, ensuring all facilities are operational and ready for use.
• Ensure all Clubhouse amenities, including pool mechanicals, exercise equipment, and wireless internet, are functioning properly.
• Log and maintain accuracy of packages received for residents, checking for Club ID and resident initials.
• Verify Club ID cards for all individuals entering the Clubhouse, enforcing residency and guest policies.
• Monitor cleanliness of the Clubhouse interior and report any issues to the cleaning vendor or Property Manager.
• Assist with removing debris and garbage from the Clubhouse exterior and outdoor amenities.
• Report any issues or hazards on the property to your supervisor or Property Manager immediately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of building quality and team morale.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to identify and meet resident requirements and expectations, seeking ways to increase resident satisfaction.
• Ability to make and implement decisions under conditions of risk and/or uncertainty.
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate good business judgment.
