Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Executive Assistant to achieve regional sales targets by boosting sales to current clients and effectively reaching new ones.

• Work closely with the Executive Assistant, clients, and prospects to enhance their understanding of VERT Environmental's offerings.

• Partner with the Account Manager and Executive Assistant to document and monitor all sales activities and interactions with prospects and clients using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the Account Manager to provide updates on sales efforts and achievements.

• Execute daily sales routes and appointments.

• Engage with industry organizations and attend trade shows, expos, meetings, and other relevant events.

• Organize and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and enjoyable outings.

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Executive to relay customer feedback.

• Coordinate with other team members to address client concerns.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the designated territory (San Diego County).

• High School Diploma (required).

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Open to entry-level marketing and sales roles; training will be provided.

• Ability to start immediately or within two weeks.

• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and a robust independent work ethic. Proven ability to follow direction and work autonomously to meet objectives.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products.

• High energy, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.

• Competent in utilizing CRM systems for managing prospects and clients.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory consistently.
