About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Information Coordinator to join our team at J Group. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our merchandise information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Data Management: Maintain Purchase Orders, work with Production and Merchant teams to ensure accuracy of POs, and update weekly changes to delivery date, price, color codes, and vendor information.
  • Inventory Management: Diagnose and troubleshoot data discrepancies, input pricing sheets in system, and key weekly markdowns and promotions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Pull weekly selling reports and update approved galley names in system.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support for Merchandising team as needed.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Merchandising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
  • Strong strategic & analytical skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive teams to execution
  • Strong desire and ability to drive results
