Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at the Lake Pleasant Store (83rd Ave & Lake Pleasant). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for donors and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in an efficient and organized manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing priorities and needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
