Position Details:
The Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) role is an exciting technical opportunity at MultiCare. In this position, you will engage in a variety of daily tasks including patient analytic laboratory testing, quality assurance, data analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and process specimens, ensuring accurate identification.
2. Assess specimen suitability and may reject unsuitable samples.
3. Prepare and manage reagents as necessary.
4. Conduct instrument maintenance and calibration.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field.
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from ASCP or registry eligible.
- Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist Certification or eligibility if phlebotomy duties are included.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of prior laboratory experience.
