This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications outside plant infrastructure, proficiency in engineering-specific software such as ESRI platforms, GIS applications, or Katapult, and familiarity with telecommunications frameworks. Additionally, the ability to read, interpret, and analyze data, as well as a grasp of optimal construction methodologies, is essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Accurately read, interpret, input, and analyze data.
  • Organize tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Maintain attention to detail, exhibit strong organizational skills, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and analytical capabilities, and critical thinking proficiency.
  • Interpret highway and road prints to identify potential conflicts with outside plant facilities.
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative to meet daily goals.
  • Capable of sitting at a desk for extended durations.

Essential Functions:

  • Effectively manage processes and apply expertise to complete work assignments.
  • Engage in the development and upkeep of operational processes or procedures.
  • Liaise with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support the assigned project.
  • Analyze pole data to support OSP construction efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or four years of equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in ESRI platforms, GIS applications, or Katapult.
  • Advanced knowledge of OSP construction and field operations.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, background checks, and motor vehicle record evaluations.
