About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Redmond, WA. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project timelines, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish priorities, and adjust schedules as needed, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Promote effective communication by participating in meetings with clients and task members.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting organization, and expense reporting.
  • Compile reports on project progress and downtime for distribution to relevant personnel.
  • Become an expert in technology areas, serving as the go-to escalation point for execution and driving visibility across programs.
  • Develop deep understanding of technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, evolution, and mitigate risks through feature delivery across multiple products.
  • Drive impact through deployment of key initiatives and adoption of best practices in a quickly changing environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management.
  • Analyze large-scale systems and solve complex problems, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
  • Translate high-level goals into tangible action plans and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitate relationships across teams, and drive visibility, accountability, and execution.
  • Effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
