Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Associate

At AutoZone, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through our team of skilled Senior Retail Sales Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
  • Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to PPE guidelines
  • Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Utilize ZNET to assist customers with product location and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources
  • Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions using OBDII and GOTTChA
  • Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
