About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and promoting special offers and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide informed and expert advice to customers.
