Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex customer inquiries, and driving sales growth through effective order placement and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Place customer orders via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Negotiate sales prices and purchase prices to maximize profit for Motion Industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced Customer Service Representatives
  • Assist with order entry, expediting backorders, and sourcing products from various inventory locations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business results
Requirements
  • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to multi-task
  • Reliability, organization, and attention to detail
