About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Executive Director of our senior living community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in setting goals, building a collaborative environment, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with residents, team members, family members, and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor internal and external environments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's mission, philosophy, values, and strategic plan.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the external community.
Requirements
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with a proven track record of successfully overseeing senior living communities.
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Superb leadership skills, operations experience, financial acumen, and communication/collaboration ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus, cultivate meaningful relationships, and decisively pursue strategies to enhance performance and community appeal.
  • Experience developing and managing financial plans and budgets driven by changes in government and private insurance reimbursement models.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Management experience leading large teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to present on a multitude of topics to large and small audiences.
  • A successful track record of maintaining strong, positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • An individual of deep moral integrity and maturity.
