Key Responsibilities- Telephone Support: Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and empathetic information to patients.
- Scheduling Appointments: Utilize our Clinical Information System (CIS) to schedule patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our healthcare team.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Registration and Insurance: Accurately record patient registration and insurance information, verifying coverage and pre-authorization as needed.
- Programs and Services: Screen patients for available programs, such as the Family Planning Benefits Program, and provide information on services and benefits.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of experience in a call center, healthcare setting, or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CIS software and MS Outlook.
- Language: Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages common to our clientele are preferred.
