Key Responsibilities
  • Telephone Support: Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and empathetic information to patients.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Utilize our Clinical Information System (CIS) to schedule patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our healthcare team.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Registration and Insurance: Accurately record patient registration and insurance information, verifying coverage and pre-authorization as needed.
  • Programs and Services: Screen patients for available programs, such as the Family Planning Benefits Program, and provide information on services and benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a call center, healthcare setting, or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CIS software and MS Outlook.
  • Language: Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages common to our clientele are preferred.
