Requirements

  • Deep Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law, labor law, and benefits administration.
  • Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities and requirements.
