As the Healthcare Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects of our outpatient center.
This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team, collaborating with medical professionals, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing institution is required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A minimum of twelve (12) months of nursing experience.
At least six (6) months of experience in providing care to patients with chronic kidney failure or those undergoing transplant, including training and experience with the dialysis process.
Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
Must meet all relevant state and licensing criteria.
Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.

$102,000 - $128,000, based on experience and qualifications.
