- Share instructional practices through newsletters and other written media to inform and promote adoption of best practice;
- Provide exercises and activities to faculty that enhance the learning process for students;
- Maintain project documentation and course folders;
- Provide resources and guidance as it relates to instructional end goals and assessment of those goals;
- Assist in the discovery, administration, and delivery of educational technologies;
- Apply project management skills to ensure timely course development and delivery;
- Assist in the review of courses, activities, and assessments to ensure alignment with learning outcomes;
- Participate in active professional development focused on curricular development, teaching practice informed by diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, and educational technology.
- Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development, instructional design, or related field from an institutionally accredited college or university;
- 1 year of classroom teaching experience;
- Experience with learner-centered and DEI-informed instruction;
- Understanding of learning theory, curricular development, standards-based education, and various delivery models.
- Master's degree in education, curriculum development, instructional design, or related field from an institutionally accredited college or university;
- Experience facilitating training and workshops;
- Functional knowledge of LMS systems/learning platforms and e-learning tools.
- Accuracy: Monitor accuracy of own work; recognize and correct errors; maintain accurate records;
- Analytical Skills: Synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; identify data relationships and dependencies;
- Resourceful & Entrepreneurial: Consistently focus on end results and find most effective way to achieve goals and objectives;
- Attitude Toward Progress and Change: Cooperate and support change and new processes;
- Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new methods, obtaining certifications, attending training;
- Oral & Written Communication: Speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations;
- Student Centered: Attention, interest, activities, and efforts are centered upon the best interest of students;

This is a twelve (12) month per year, full-time position. This position is overtime exempt with general work hours of Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; however, work hours may vary due to work demands and some evening and weekend work may be required.
