You will be responsible for overseeing all customer service interactions and initiatives aimed at enhancing our business performance, while also ensuring the efficiency of our workshop and optimizing parts profitability.
Experience in the automotive or technical field is highly beneficial. Proficiency in sales, computer applications, and familiarity with automotive management software are also key requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the customer service journey for each client.
- Processing invoices and managing customer bookings, with training provided on our software systems.
- Coordinating workload and managing service capacity effectively.
- Preparing repair estimates and informing customers about necessary services.
- Occasionally performing car servicing and brake repairs as needed.
We Are Looking For:
A professional individual who values precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service and possess a positive, proactive attitude towards our valued customers.
Requirements include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A valid driver's license.
