Role Summary
*Must have flexible availability (Monday through Sunday, 6 AM - 10 PM)*

In the capacity of Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with the General Manager, taking on leadership responsibilities within the store. Your role involves engaging with customers, delivering outstanding service, educating patrons, addressing inquiries, and promoting popular menu items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members and lead in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our mission of providing healthy, convenient food options.
  • Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including regular cleaning of surfaces and organization of the condiment station.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring shelves are stocked and cooler temperatures are monitored.
  • Promote new and trending menu items, as well as in-store events and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer care, managing refunds and exchanges as necessary.
  • Utilize in-store technology for various operational tasks, including email communication and store management.

Who You Are

  • 1-5 years of experience in a retail, food, or nutrition setting is preferred.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Dedicated to the ongoing success of Snap Kitchen Services.
  • Committed to driving sales through membership signups and community marketing.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Passionate about health and quality food.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in navigating various operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.).
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
