  • Oversee patient flow, ensuring timely room assignments as needed.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of front office materials and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate respect and professionalism towards all patients in every aspect of the role.
  • Regularly inspect the waiting area, restrooms, and children's play area for cleanliness and safety.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
