- Facilitate patient registration and check-in processes efficiently.
- Verify insurance details and ensure accurate payment collection.
- Manage cash registers and reconcile daily financial transactions as per established protocols.
- Handle incoming calls, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Guide new patients through necessary paperwork and keep them informed about their wait times.
- Oversee patient flow, ensuring timely room assignments as needed.
- Maintain an adequate supply of front office materials and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism towards all patients in every aspect of the role.
- Regularly inspect the waiting area, restrooms, and children's play area for cleanliness and safety.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
