Job Summary:

Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a Recreation Therapist - PRN to join our team. As a Recreation Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and providing therapeutic treatment plans for individuals and groups in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans for individuals and groups
  • Provide recreational therapy services to patients, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Recreational Therapy or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recreational therapy
  • CTRS certification
  • CPR and HWC training
