The Holiday Inn Express in Ardmore, OK, is seeking a seasoned leader to drive success and excellence in hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, revenue, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably with IHG.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on employee development and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
