LPN Homecare Specialist

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a LPN Homecare Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
