LPN Ambulatory Care Specialist

At Menorah Park, we are seeking a skilled LPN to join our ambulatory care team. As a LPN Ambulatory Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a safe and quiet neighborhood setting.
Responsibilities include participating in the planning and coordination of total patient care, accurately reporting and recording patient conditions, and assisting physicians and registered nurses in complex nursing situations.
