Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Miller Bros. Const., Inc. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Estimator and Area Managers to create accurate estimates and documents using industry-leading software tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed takeoffs and estimates for review and use by our Chief Estimator and Area Managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of quote solicitations and attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings as assigned.
  • Collaborate with our project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in civil engineering/construction management disciplines, including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software.
  • Strong computer aptitude and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
