About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Custom Home Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for conducting detailed and itemized take-offs for semi-custom and custom residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate take-offs for residential construction projects, ensuring all details are accounted for.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimating processes and techniques.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction processes, including semi-custom and custom home building practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Buildertrend or similar estimating software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
