- Design Systems and Style Guides: Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 15–20 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in innovative projects.
- Expertise and Skills: Expertise in one core area of design and strong skills in two others. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts and strategies. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Origami, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, including strategic planning and mentorship. Ability to work closely with executive teams and other leadership within the company.

What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: A competitive cash compensation package, with a targeted range of $190,000-$260,000 on the West Coast.
