Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Design Projects: Oversee the design process for entire user experiences, from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Mentor and Guide Designers: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by mentoring and guiding senior designers.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to create cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
  • Design Systems and Style Guides: Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 15–20 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in innovative projects.
  • Expertise and Skills: Expertise in one core area of design and strong skills in two others. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts and strategies. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Origami, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, including strategic planning and mentorship. Ability to work closely with executive teams and other leadership within the company.
