About the Role

As a Client Support Liaison Associate at Cherry Bekaert, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and exchange of documents between our clients and internal teams. This is an in-office position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Request supporting documents, follow up on signed engagement letters, consents, and e-file forms, and serve as a point of contact for non-technical matters.
  • Document Management: Roll tax returns in Axcess & Engagement Binders, save documents to Engagement & SP Binders, assist with e-file rejections, and submit Engagement Letters for preparation.
  • Due Date Reporting: Schedule meetings with managers to review Due Date Lists, analyze data using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and create non-standard reports by request.
  • Tax Caddy Support: Manage accounts, report incoming documents, move workflows into process based on % of documents received, and provide local office support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Some college preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills preferred
