About the Role
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project design, working closely with project management, architects, and other trades through the completion phase. Your strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and passion for innovation will drive the development of complex designs, ensuring compliance with construction documents and resolving design issues during the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage project design from inception to completion, collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Develop and implement HVAC system designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
* Conduct site inspections to verify design compliance and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 9+ years of experience in HVAC system design, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of applicable systems design, including fire suppression, plumbing, and general understanding of system operations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
