Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

This role requires a skilled engineer with strong experience in building services, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and device layouts. You'll be working on complex projects, often serving as Engineer of Record, and collaborating with colleagues to develop comprehensive engineering solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Designing mechanical systems for the built environment as Engineer of Record">
  • Performing field investigations and analyzing existing conditions to develop comprehensive engineering solutions">
  • Applying strong buildings mechanical engineering skills and knowledge to produce accurate and timely deliverables">
  • Preparing required calculations to meet project requirements">
  • Solving complex engineering problems using logic, reasoning, and organizational skills">

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred">
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in healthcare, transportation, or data/technology facilities">
  • Knowledge of specialty engineering applications, such as HVAC, piping, and plumbing">
  • Familiarity with CAD and BIM software, especially AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients">
