The Financial Wellness Program Coordinator will oversee the implementation of several financial wellness programs at Foundation Communities Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design: Stay up to date on the latest research and best practices, seek input from participants and stakeholders, and review and update program design based on data and feedback.
  • Program Implementation: Collaborate with the Volunteer Engagement Team, Community Service Specialists, and Outreach Coordinator to manage logistics, enroll participants, and coordinate group financial wellness activities.
  • Program Evaluation: Collect data, ensure data collection and reporting tools are in place, and use data to determine what aspects are working well and what aspects need improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop innovative ideas and provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to community members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Office 365
