Join our team as a Senior Member Service Center Representative at Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our members, assisting them with a variety of transactions and services via telephone. Your commitment to delivering outstanding member service will be essential as you guide members in understanding our offerings, enabling them to make well-informed financial choices.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage intricate transactions, such as establishing IRA, business, and fiduciary accounts, executing wire transfers, and finalizing loan closures.
- Address and resolve complex member inquiries, providing effective solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with members by advocating for Credit Union products and services.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members in member service operations.
- Engage in departmental initiatives and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
- At least two years of experience in a call center or financial services environment.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) credentials must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
