Overview

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic NICU practice with a strong focus on quality patient care and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU, normal newborn nursery, labor and delivery room, and transport team
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education activities to enhance patient outcomes and staff development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
