About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work in a multi-hospital NICU practice based in Richmond, VA, affiliated with the Bon Secours Richmond Health System.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU, normal newborn nursery, labor and delivery room, and transport team coverage.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare providers to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement, outreach, and education activities to enhance patient care and provider satisfaction.
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU care
