POSITION SUMMARY

The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be essential in crafting and implementing the social media and influencer marketing initiatives for the hydration segment of Lifetime Brands, focusing on S'well and BUILT brands. This role involves spearheading brand social strategies, curating engaging content, and executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target demographic. Collaboration with various stakeholders across digital and creative teams will be key to developing social narratives that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth, ensuring our brands remain top-of-mind for consumers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, highly organized, self-driven, and passionate about social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will primarily focus on the S'well brand while also supporting BUILT.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies across various branded platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) for S'well and BUILT brands, including content calendar planning and scheduling. Create tactics to boost follower growth, reach, and engagement on social media channels.
  • Content Development: Plan, produce, and edit social media content (including photography, graphic design, and short-form video) that aligns with brand identity and appeals to the target audience. Stay informed on trending cultural topics to create relevant content that resonates with our audiences.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, assess, and manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Execute paid influencer marketing initiatives in alignment with product launches and the master brand calendar. Lead organic influencer gifting strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries. Cultivate positive relationships within the S'well and BUILT social communities.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media and influencer marketing efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Trend Analysis: Serve as the expert on social media and influencer trends, including best practices, emerging platforms, and competitive insights. Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic social media landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within a direct-to-consumer, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer relationships and executing comprehensive influencer campaigns.
  • Skilled in creating and editing video and photo content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, and Canva.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to produce engaging, social-first content.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, including experience in writing social media copy and adapting brand voice across various channels.
  • A passion for social media and a deep understanding of trends, culture, and influencers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
