Job Summary

We are seeking a House Supervisor RN to join our team at HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital. As a House Supervisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supervising hospital and patient care services. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Responsible for bed management coordination
  • Administers plans and evaluates the activities of the hospital to ensure quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • 3-5 years' related experience in acute care or specialty nursing
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • BSN preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
